§2–605.3. After making the distributions required under §§ 2–604, 2–605, 2–605.1, and 2–605.2 of this subtitle, from the remaining income tax revenue from individuals, the Comptroller shall distribute 37.5% of the income tax revenue attributable to the tax imposed under § 10–105(a)(3) of this article to the Transportation Trust Fund.
