N.D. Cent. Code § 45-11-03

A commercial partnership established and transacting business in a place without the
United States may use in this state the partnership name used by it there, without filing the
certificate prescribed in section 45-11-01, although it is fictitious or does not show the names of
the persons interested as partners in such business.
