(510 ILCS 101/75) Sec. 75. Termination of program. Upon termination of any marketing program, all remaining unobligated funds shall be refunded on a pro rata basis to the producers from whom the assessments were collected in the preceding 2 years. (Source: P.A. 92-158, eff. 7-25-01.)
