4.1-26-21. License application - Hearing 1. Within thirty days after receiving an application for a license under this chapter, the milk marketing board shall: a. Issue the license; or b. Notify the applicant of the date on which a hearing will be held to receive evidence relative to the application. 2. A hearing under this section may not be held less than twenty days after the date on which notice is given, unless the board and the applicant agree to an earlier date. 3. Within thirty days after the hearing is closed, or as soon thereafter as practicable, the board shall notify the applicant of its decision in the matter.
