Nev. Rev. Stat. § 706.883
in effect1. A certificate holder shall maintain at the certificate holders principal place of business:
(a) A record of the make and serial number of each taxicab;
(b) A maintenance record for each taxicab; and
(c) A copy of the medical certificates of each of the certificate holders drivers.
2. The records of a certificate holder shall be open for inspection by the Administrator or the Taxicab Authority at any reasonable time.
