(210 ILCS 47/2-216) Sec. 2-216. Notification of identified offenders. If identified offenders are residents of the licensed facility, the licensed facility shall notify every resident or resident's guardian in writing that such offenders are residents of the licensed facility. The licensed facility shall also provide notice to its employees and to visitors to the facility that identified offenders are residents. (Source: P.A. 96-339, eff. 7-1-10.)
