Sec. 4. Every employer under the jurisdiction of the department of labor with more than fifty (50) full-time employees (or their equivalent) shall display the poster distributed under section 2 of this chapter in a conspicuous place where employees are employed. As added by P.L.96-2024, SEC.1.
