Requirements for staff of community residential facility
N.J. Stat. § 30:6D-19
in effectThe department shall not allow a developmentally disabled person to be transferred or to reside in a community residential facility unless the staff of the facility is adequately trained to meet the needs of the developmentally disabled, to use and operate fire and life-safety equipment, and trained in other areas as the department determines necessary.
