(55 ILCS 5/5-10001) (from Ch. 34, par. 5-10001) Sec. 5-10001. License required. It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons to operate or maintain a public dance hall or road house for the use of the general public outside of the limits of any city, village or incorporated town without first obtaining a license therefor from the county board of the county where the public dance hall is situated, in accordance with the provisions of this Division.
