(725 ILCS 225/11) (from Ch. 60, par. 28) Sec. 11. Penalty for non-compliance with preceding section. Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his custody under the Governor's warrant, in wilful disobedience to the last section, shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
