Sec. 31. (a) A person who violates section 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 8.1, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, or 30 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
