(55 ILCS 5/5-1100) (from Ch. 34, par. 5-1100) Sec. 5-1100. Contracts for weather modification. A county board may contract or otherwise provide for weather modification. For purposes of this Section, "weather modification" means any activity intended to produce artificial changes in the composition, motions, and resulting behavior of the atmosphere.
