60 ILCS 1/55-30
in effect(60 ILCS 1/55-30) Sec. 55-30. Refusal to serve; forfeiture. If any person elected to the office of supervisor, township clerk, assessor, or commissioner of highways refuses to serve, he or she shall forfeit to the township the sum of $25. (Source: P.A. 82-783; 88-62.)
