Nev. Rev. Stat. § 483.936
in effectA person who is a resident of a foreign jurisdiction which the Federal Highway Administrator has determined does not test drivers and issue commercial drivers licenses in accordance with federal standards and who wishes to be issued a limited-term commercial drivers license or limited-term commercial learners permit by this State must:
1. Apply to the Department for a limited-term commercial drivers license or limited-term commercial learners permit; and
2. Comply with all other requirements contained in the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 .
