Sec. 45. (a) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of merger electronically: (1) Seventy-five dollars ($75), in the case of a for-profit entity. (2) Twenty dollars ($20), in the case of a nonprofit corporation. (b) The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing articles of merger in a manner other than electronically: (1) Ninety dollars ($90), in the case of a for-profit entity. (2) Thirty dollars ($30), in the case of a nonprofit corporation. As added by P.L.118-2017, SEC.5.
