"Communications service"
Ind. Code § 8-1-32.6-2
in effectSec. 2. (a) As used in this chapter, "communications service" refers to any of the following:
(1) Telecommunications service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).
(2) Information service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).
(b) The term includes:
(1) video service (as defined in IC 8-1-34-14);
(2) broadband service;
(3) advanced services (as defined in 47 CFR 51.5); and
(4) Internet Protocol enabled services;
however classified by the Federal Communications Commission.
