20.1-03-24.1. Permits for the transportation of big game Upon request, a resident or nonresident may obtain a permit for the transportation of big game from the director, deputy director, chief game wardens, district game wardens, or any law enforcement officer. The director shall determine the criteria for and the conditions under which a permit for the transportation of big game may be issued under this section.
