(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall set fees imposed by this chapter in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the cost of administering this chapter. (b) A fee collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund. (c) A fee collected under this chapter is nonrefundable. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1168 (S.B. 492 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2013.
