6-01-04.5. Investigation of bank holding companies The department may investigate a bank holding company that owns or controls a North Dakota state chartered financial institution upon the commissioner's receipt of information material to the safety and soundness of the bank holding company, and may pursue and impose penalties under sections 6-01-04.1, 6-01-04.2, and 6-01-04.3 against such a bank holding company.
