(230 ILCS 10/24) Sec. 24. Applicability of this Act. The provisions of this Act, and all rules promulgated thereunder, shall apply to the Video Gaming Act, except where there is a conflict between the Acts. In the event of a conflict between this Act and the Video Gaming Act, the terms of this Act shall prevail. (Source: P.A. 101-31, eff. 6-28-19.)
