(40 ILCS 5/5-223) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 5-223) Sec. 5-223. Age stated in employment application to be conclusive. For any policeman, as defined in this Article, who has filed an application for appointment as a member of the police department of the city, the age therein stated shall be conclusive evidence of his age for the purposes of this Article.
