40-10.1-504. Advertising. (1) No mover, nor any officer, agent, employee, or representative of the mover, shall advertise a transportation service in a name other than that in which the mover's permit is held. (2) Each advertisement of a mover shall include the phrase "CO PUC permit no. ___" and the physical address of the mover.
