License for low voltage thermostat
Ind. Code § 22-13-2-5
in effectSec. 5. A:
(1) state agency; or
(2) political subdivision;
may not require a person or entity to obtain or maintain, or both, a license in order to install or maintain a low voltage thermostat of fifty (50) volts or less.
