Telephone solicitor defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 228.520
in effect1. Telephone solicitor means a person who makes or causes another person or a machine to make an unsolicited telephone call for the sale of goods or services.
2. As used in this section:
(a) Device for automatic dialing and announcing has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 597.812 .
(b) Machine includes, without limitation, a device for automatic dialing and announcing.
