(420 ILCS 15/3) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 230.23) Sec. 3. Any person who violates any provision of this Act shall be liable to a civil penalty of not to exceed $10,000 for each violation and an additional civil penalty of not to exceed $1,000 for each day during which violation continues.
