(110 ILCS 685/30-30) Sec. 30-30. Ex-officio treasurer. The Board shall designate a member of the staff of Northern Illinois University as treasurer to serve the Board, but not as a member, and shall furnish a bond in such amount and with such security as is satisfactory to the Board.
