321.716. Laws governing recall election, costs, how paid. — The provisions of chapter 115 governing the conduct of elections shall apply, where appropriate, to recall elections held under sections 321.701 to 321.716 . The costs of the election shall be paid as provided in chapter 115 . (L. 1995 H.B. 452, et al. merged with H.B. 484, et al.)
