"Contracting state"

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "contracting state" means a state that has entered into a contract with Indiana to: (1) provide residents of the contracting state access to Indiana's qualified ABLE program; or (2) provide residents of Indiana access to the contracting state's qualified ABLE program.
