(210 ILCS 47/3-809) Sec. 3-809. Rules to implement changes. In developing rules and regulations to implement changes made by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly, the Department shall seek the input of advocates for facility residents, representatives of associations representing facilities, and representatives of associations representing employees of facilities.
