238.270. Local transportation authority not to control project improvements, exception. — Unless otherwise approved by contract of the district, project improvements shall not be under the control and jurisdiction of a local transportation authority while the district retains control and jurisdiction over the project. The provisions of chapter 228 are inapplicable to transportation development districts. (L. 1990 S.B. 479 & 649 § 63) Effective 5-30-90
