Border state employee defined.

Nev. Rev. Stat. § 482.012

Border state employee means a person whose legal residence is not in this State, who resides outside of the State of Nevada and who commutes on a daily basis into the State of Nevada solely for the purpose of employment at a place of employment which is less than 35 air miles from the state border.
