1. Each family resource center shall establish a family resource center council. The composition of the family resource center council must be consistent with the criteria set forth by regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 430A.120 . 2. All meetings of a family resource center council must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS.
