(110 ILCS 305/12.5) Sec. 12.5. Study of effect of the Lottery on Illinois families. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign shall conduct a study, subject to appropriation, on the effect on Illinois families of members of the family purchasing Illinois Lottery tickets.
