(a) The commission may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including rules relating to the administration of a tax authorized by this chapter. (b) In order to implement the requirements of Sections 290.102 and 290.103 , the commission shall adopt any necessary procedures. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1367 (H.B. 2463 ), Sec. 1, eff.
