(225 ILCS 84/145) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 145. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of a license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department, and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
