(325 ILCS 35/6) (from Ch. 23, par. 6706) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2026) Sec. 6. Organization. The Board shall organize for the transaction of business by selecting a chairperson and a secretary from the members and adopt bylaws to govern its proceedings.
