"Cemetery board" defined

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "cemetery board" means: (1) the board to which the power to govern cemeteries is transferred under this chapter; or (2) if the power to govern cemeteries is not transferred under this chapter, the legislative body of a municipality. As added by P.L.52-1997, SEC.39.
