S.C. Code Ann. § 47-15-80
in effectA person who violates this chapter or regulations promulgated under it is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be punished in accordance with Section 47-4-130. The person may be enjoined from continuing the violation. Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.
