Hazardous wake or wash prohibited
Ind. Code § 14-15-3-15
in effectSec. 15. A person operating a motorboat may not approach or pass another boat:
(1) in such a manner; or
(2) at such a rate of speed;
as to create a hazardous wake or wash.
