Miss. Code Ann. § 37-4-7
in effectThe Mississippi Community College Board shall study the feasibility of developing and implementing a state adopted uniform contract within each community and junior college district. Such study shall include, but not be limited to, the following areas for consideration:
Terms of employment;
Salary schedules;
Leave provisions;
Health insurance benefits;
Tenure;
Retirement benefits.
