(725 ILCS 185/4) (from Ch. 38, par. 304) Sec. 4. All local pretrial services agency personnel shall be full-time employees supervised by the director and, except for secretarial staff, subject to the hiring and training requirements established by the Office. (Source: P.A. 103-602, eff. 7-1-25.)
