(415 ILCS 5/12.7) (Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-219) Sec. 12.7. Wastewater reuse. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the use of treated municipal wastewater from a publicly owned treatment works is authorized for irrigation when conducted in accordance with a permit issued under Section 39(b) of this Act.
