"Residential care facility"
Ind. Code § 16-18-2-317.7
in effectSec. 317.7. "Residential care facility", for purposes of:
(1) IC 16-19;
(2) IC 16-28-2;
(3) IC 16-28-6.5;
(4) IC 16-28-11-8 (expired); and
(5) IC 16-32-5;
means an entity licensed under IC 16-28 and registered as a housing with services establishment under IC 12-10-15.
