(50 ILCS 727/1-15) Sec. 1-15. Intra-agency investigations. This Act does not prohibit any law enforcement agency from conducting an internal investigation into the officer-involved death if the internal investigation does not interfere with the investigation conducted under the requirements of Section 1-10 of this Act.
