in effectEffective: 2024-07-01A bond on Customs Form 301, containing the bond provisions set forth in subpart G of part 113 of this chapter, shall be filed before an aircraft is given a permit to proceed with residue cargo under this subpart. The bond shall be filed in the correct amount with the director of the entry airport.
