(20 ILCS 3948/5) Sec. 5. Definitions. As used in this Act, unless the context requires otherwise: "Board" means the board of directors of Illinois Global Partnership, Inc. "IGP" or "Partnership" means Illinois Global Partnership, Inc., the not-for-profit entity incorporated as provided in this Act. (Source: P.A. 94-388, eff. 7-29-05.)
