1. As used in sections 1 through 5 of P.L.2005, c.65 (C.26:2J-18.2 et seq.): "Commissioner" means the Commissioner Banking and Insurance. "Health maintenance organization" means an entity authorized to transact business in this State pursuant to P.L.1973, c.337 (C.26:2J-1 et seq.). L.2005,c.65,s.1.
