Ind. Code § 20-37-3-1 Application

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a student enrolled in a work based learning course after December 31, 2023. As added by P.L.250-2023, SEC.40.

Ind. Code § 20-37-3-2 "Work based learning course"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "work based learning course" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-43-8-0.7. As added by P.L.250-2023, SEC.40.

Ind. Code § 20-37-3-3 Reporting requirement; work based learning course; employment

Sec. 3. An employer employing a student enrolled in a work based learning course in conjunction with the student's employment shall report the employment of the student to the department of workforce development in the manner prescribed by the department of workforce development under IC 22-4.1-4-14. Ind. Code § 20-37-3-4 Completion of work based learning course

Sec. 4. A school providing a work based learning course to a student shall ensure that completion of the work based learning course is indicated on the student's transcript. As added by P.L.250-2023, SEC.40.
