The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities and the State Department of Vocational Rehabilitation shall promulgate regulations necessary for the implementation and administration of the Disability Trust Fund. Code Commissioner's Note At the direction of the Code Commissioner, certain references in the S.C.
