Licensing standards
Ind. Code § 4-33-4-5
in effectSec. 5. The commission shall adopt standards for the licensing of the following:
(1) Persons regulated under this article.
(2) Electronic or mechanical gambling games.
(3) Limited mobile gaming systems and mobile gaming devices.
